th365 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between th365 ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("User," "you," or "your") who accesses, registers with, or otherwise uses the th365 platform available at th365.pro and any associated applications or services.

By completing the th365 registration process, clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent confirmation, depositing funds, or otherwise using any part of the th365 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the th365 platform regardless of their location, provided that they access the platform while physically situated in the Republic of the Philippines. Use of the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is at the sole risk and responsibility of the user.

To register and maintain an active th365 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law for participation in casino-style gambling activities.
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
• You are not currently self-excluded from th365 or subject to any active exclusion order from any gaming authority.
• You are not accessing the platform on behalf of another person or as a nominee or agent for a third party.
• Participation in online gambling is legal in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of any employee of th365 or its affiliated entities.

th365 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or permanently close accounts where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily confirmed. Age is verified as part of the mandatory Know Your Customer ("KYC") process. Any winnings accrued on an account subsequently found to belong to an underage user will be voided and the deposited funds returned in accordance with applicable regulations.

Each user is permitted to hold one (1) th365 account only. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal information — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information whenever it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your th365 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP with any third party. th365 will never ask for your password via Messenger, Viber, SMS, or email. You agree to notify th365 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

th365 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

th365 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering and player protection obligations. All accounts are subject to KYC verification before withdrawal requests can be processed.

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, UMID, driver's licence, or PRC ID)
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay clearance)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., GCash-registered mobile number confirmation or bank account documentation)
• A selfie photograph holding your identification document, where required

Documents must be clear, unaltered, and fully legible. th365 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage and to place a hold on account activity pending completion of verification. Submission of false, forged, or misleading documents constitutes fraud and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

th365 accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. th365 may add or remove payment methods at any time. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100 unless otherwise stated on the deposit page.

All deposits must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — meaning deposits funded from an account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. th365 reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source and to take further action as warranted.

Deposits are credited to your th365 wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. th365 is not liable for delays caused by payment processors, network outages, or errors originating outside the th365 platform. If a deposit does not reflect within a reasonable time, please contact th365 support with your transaction reference number.

• th365 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, payment providers may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made for the purpose of money laundering or any other illegal activity will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines.
• th365 reserves the right to impose deposit limits on any account at its discretion for player protection purposes.

Withdrawals from your th365 account are subject to the completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and compliance with the withdrawal limits applicable to your chosen payment method.

Withdrawal requests must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically supported. This policy exists as an anti-money laundering safeguard. Where this is not possible, you may be required to submit additional verification documentation.

th365 processes withdrawal requests as promptly as operationally possible. Typical processing timelines are as follows:

• GCash / Maya: Verified accounts — processed within hours during business hours; maximum 24 hours
• Bank Transfer (BPI, BDO, UnionBank): One (1) to three (3) business days
• Coins.ph / USDT TRC20: Typically same-day for verified accounts

th365 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Withdrawals flagged for unusual activity may be held pending investigation. Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the withdrawal page and are subject to change.

th365 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which shall be read in conjunction with these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

The following general bonus rules apply across all th365 promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Only bets placed with real-money funds (not bonus funds) on specified game types may contribute to wagering requirements, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• th365 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through abuse, collusion, use of multiple accounts, or manipulation of wagering requirements will result in the voiding of the relevant bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering conditions are met.

All bets placed on th365 are subject to the specific game rules applicable to the relevant product (casino games, sportsbook, live dealer, bingo, etc.). General betting rules applicable across the th365 platform include the following:

• Bets are accepted and confirmed at th365's sole discretion. th365 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time.
• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the user unless the specific game rules provide for a cancellation window.
• In the event of a technical error, system failure, or manifest error affecting odds, game outcomes, or bet settlement, th365 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Winnings generated from clearly erroneous odds or game states are not valid.
• For live casino games, the ruling of the live dealer or game system is final, subject to review by th365 in cases of documented technical failure.
• For sports betting, th365 uses official results from recognised governing bodies (e.g., PBA official results, NBA official statistics) to settle markets. Abandoned or postponed events are settled in accordance with the specific market rules displayed at time of bet placement.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game type and are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the th365 platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Registering, operating, or using more than one th365 account under any circumstance.
• Identity fraud: Registering under a false name, providing forged documents, or impersonating another person.
• Underage gambling: Attempting to access or use the platform by any person under 21 years of age.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in any game, particularly live poker or card game variants, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the platform without genuine human participation.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotions through coordinated play, pattern betting designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any strategy designed to circumvent the intent of a promotion.
• Money laundering: Using th365 to deposit, layer, or integrate funds derived from illegal activities. th365 is obligated to file Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) with the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) where required by law.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal without first engaging th365 support to resolve the underlying issue in good faith.
• Unauthorised access: Attempting to access th365 systems, databases, or another user's account without authorisation.

All content on the th365 platform, including but not limited to the th365 brand name, logo, domain name, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of th365 or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the th365 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any th365 content in any medium without prior written consent
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on th365 content or software
• Use the th365 brand, logo, or trademarks in any manner not expressly authorised in writing
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the th365 platform

Any unauthorised use of th365 intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by th365.

th365 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at th365.pro/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using th365, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

th365 processes personal data for the following primary purposes:

• Account registration and identity verification (KYC)
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and financial transactions
• Complying with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations under Philippine law
• Providing customer support and resolving disputes
• Responsible gaming monitoring and player protection
• Sending promotional communications where you have opted in

th365 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with licensed payment processors, KYC verification service providers, and relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities where legally required. • Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your th365 wallet.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gambling session, with optional reminders when you approach your limit.
• Cooling-Off Period: Suspend your account for a period ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from all th365 services. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the minimum exclusion period set.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, th365 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical failures, system outages, or payment processor errors beyond th365's reasonable control
• Losses arising from reliance on inaccurate information displayed due to a technical fault
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Interruptions to service caused by maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond th365's control
• Any losses arising from your violation of these Terms

th365's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in your th365 wallet at the time the relevant incident occurred.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit th365's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

th365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period
• Receipt of a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal in connection with your account
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point
• Voluntary self-exclusion request by the account holder
• Court order or regulatory directive

Upon account closure for cause, th365 may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where the closure is not attributable to user misconduct, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the user's verified payment method after deducting any applicable fees or obligations. th365 is not obligated to provide a detailed explanation for account closures where doing so could compromise an ongoing investigation.

You may close your th365 account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable period, and any available balance will be returned to your verified payment method.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the th365 platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting th365 customer support in good faith. th365 commits to responding to all formal dispute notifications within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days of written notification, either party may seek resolution through the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines. th365 cooperates fully with applicable gaming regulators and law enforcement agencies in the Philippines.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, th365 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent unauthorised use of the platform.

th365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — th365 will provide reasonable notice via a platform notification, email to your registered address, or a prominent notice on the th365 website prior to the changes taking effect.

Non-material updates (such as clarifications, typographical corrections, or minor structural changes that do not affect the substance of these Terms) may be made without prior notice.

The date at the top of these Terms reflects the most recent effective date. Your continued use of th365 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14.
